About Us - 

My name is Christopher Brown.  In 2009 I received a degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University. 

Previously to starting my company I worked for a reputable home builder for 10 years and helped to build 100’s of homes and townhomes.  I was primarily responsible to put together budgets and manage costs and did a great job doing it.  I know how important a budget is and contractors are notorious for going over budget.  I know how to stay on budget.  I also value engineered plans to make them more affordable while not diminishing the quality and looks and feel of the homes and townhomes.  I was responsible to hire quality trades and know how to spot them.  I also was responsible to walk the jobs to make sure that everything was built according to the contracts and to verify that the trades were continuing to perform.  At the beginning of 2023 I decided that it was time to take what I have learned and to go out on my own and build custom homes.

I have also designed and built custom homes including the home I am living in now.  The homes I have designed and built have received many compliments from everyone who toured through them.  They have resold well with a good return on investment.  Living in homes I have built has helped me to understand the best building materials to use and how they perform over time. It has helped me to understand how a design effects lifestyles and everyday living and has helped me to improve my designs.
