Cliffside Custom Build

Description

This custom home was built in Logan, Utah and was designed by Ryan Moss with Jeff Adams Design with the consultation of House of Gables Construction in a design build format.  We worked together to meet the homeowner’s goals while keeping the home within budget.

The homeowner wanted a modern home with a minimalist design free of clutter.  This home has a lot of high-end features that make living there a dream with its breathtaking covered patio, oversized 11-foot-long island, heated flooring in the bathroom, and open floor plan.

One of the goals of the homeowner was to make this home accessible for future living where they could age gracefully with full access to their home.  There are no steps going into this home and you can roll into the showers.  There is a Stiltz Elevator to provide full access to the home, which is great for helping with laundry and taking salt to the water softener.  Even the shades are automatic and can be controlled with a remote.
