The Dormer House is a beautiful custom home built in Providence, Utah featuring a unique brick porch, vaulted entrance, hanging chandelier, three-car garage with a separate dormer over each entrance, cupola, brick chimney, and copper rain gutter accents.

On the inside, the home has an open main-floor living area with a large island, work-in pantry, dark green music room, shiplap, antique chandeliers, free standing tub, and spacious bonus room.

The Dormer House was designed and built by Christopher Brown, the owner of House of Gables Construction.
