Home Description

This home is a Design Build project meaning House of Gables designed and built the house.  This home was inspired by a set of plans purchased by our client.  House of Gables Construction redesigned the home to improve the design and layout, and to better serve the people living there.  

This home was built as an investment for our client.  He wanted a beautiful home that would provide a good return on investment.  We designed this home to provide an open floor plan with a lot of fantastic features.  This home has a large master bathroom with a free-standing tub, walk in shower, his and her vanities, and toilet room.  The master closet is bigger than most bedrooms and has a doorway to a large laundry room for added convenience.

The Great room has tall 10 6" ceilings with a custom fireplace and open floor plan.  There is a covered patio in back for outdoor living.

The kitchen has a 48" wide range with a matching hood above.  The pantry is a work in pantry with a tall window, sink and plenty of shelving to make anyone excited to build their own.
